What to include
For questions about a specific calculation, please include which calculator you used and the exact input values — dimensions, units, weight and quantity — along with the result you expected. Almost every reported discrepancy comes down to a unit mismatch, inner versus outer dimensions, or a carrier divisor that differs from the default, and having the inputs lets us reproduce the result immediately instead of guessing.
What we can help with
We can explain how any number on the site is derived, correct a calculation that is genuinely wrong, add a pallet size or carrier divisor that is missing, and take feature requests for the tools in development. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us: if a figure looks off, we would rather hear about it than have it stay wrong.
What we cannot do
We cannot issue freight quotes, book shipments, provide binding NMFC classification rulings, or advise on customs and duties. CubeFreight is an independent tools site, not a carrier, broker or forwarder — for binding classifications contact the NMFTA or your carrier, and for rates contact your carrier or broker directly.
Response time
This is an independently run site, so replies come from a person rather than a support desk. We aim to respond within a few business days. Bug reports with reproducible inputs are prioritised, and if a fix ships as a result we will let you know.
